thecoffeesmith notes: This one of our favorite coffees. Grown in the Huehuetenango highland region of Guatemala, the Finca Huixoc coffee is revered as one of the most flavorful and nuanced cups in the world. This is a Fair Trade coffee.

We carefully roast our Huehuetenango (Pronounced "Way Way Tenango") to a "Full City" roast to bring out the bittersweet dark chocolate aroma.

thecoffeesmith notes: The Fino Rojas Estate Coffee in the Oaxaca District, often referred to as Mexican Altura, delivers medium body, moderately bright acidity and a delicate citrus bouquet.

Fino Rohas is roasted a bit lighter to bring out the bittersweet chocolate tones in the aroma, and a silky body.
